A rebrand and new identity for a local used book store in San Luis Obispo that promotes shared literary knowledge, sustainability, and communal bonding. Basilisk Books is a used bookstore selling new and gently used books. At its heart, the company is intrinsically local. The books are bought local and sold back to the community. The stock is a reflection of the literary ideals and interest of San Luis Obispo. With more knowledge, we become less ignorant and can gain a better understanding of the people and the world around us.
